Today, the non-ferrous metal products workshop of St Elisabeth Convent employs 15 people - artists, chemists, welders and jewelers. Some of the techniques they use date back to 10-13th centuries.

At St Elisabeth Convent we have the social employment workshop ‘Dobrodel’ which offers jobs for people with mental conditions. They are able and willing to work, but they are not hired because of disability.
‘Youth Saturday’ is a new project for Orthodox youth of Minsk to meet together on the last Saturday of each month for prayer. The first ‘Youth Saturday’ took place in St Elisabeth Convent on 31 October.
